In Tuesday's league bout, the host Van Vleck Leopards basketball squad scored a big 62-10 win over the Harmony School of Discovery Tigers.

With the win, Van Vleck upgrades its record to 7-11 on the season. The Leopards travel to Brazos (Wallis, TX) to play the Cougars in a 3A Region III District 24 bout on Friday, January 21. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 12-12. Brazos lost 52-47 in their recent league bout against Hempstead (Hempstead, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the East Bernard Brahmas (East Bernard, TX) in a 3A Region III District 24 bout, on Friday, January 21. Harmony School of Discovery will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Brahmas go into the bout with a 8-5 record after their 60-37 league loss to Hitchcock (Hitchcock, TX).
