Ohio High School Basketball - Manchester knocked off by Northwest

The Northwest Mohawks basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Manchester Panthers to 34 in the Mohawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mohawks now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waverly for a Southern Ohio II contest on Wednesday, January 19. Northwest will meet a Tigers team coming off a 54-46 league win over Wheelersburg (Wheelersburg, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 9-3.
The Panthers (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Fairless (Navarre, OH). The Falcons enter the Principals contest with a 7-10 record. In their last challenge, Fairless toppled Orrville (Orrville, OH), 55-50, in a league challenge.
