With the victory, Woodsboro upgrades its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Refugio (Refugio, TX) to play the Bobcats in a 2A Region IV District 31 challenge on Wednesday, January 19. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Refugio lost 62-59 in their recent league challenge against Yorktown (Yorktown, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Port Aransas Marlins (Port Aransas, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 31 challenge, on Friday, January 21. Three Rivers will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record.
