Texas High School Basketball - Crandall tipped by North Forney

The North Forney Falcons basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Crandall Pirates to 37 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenville for a 5A Region II District 13 contest on Friday, January 21. North Forney will meet a Lions team coming off a 71-24 league loss to Highland Park (Dallas, TX). The Lions record now stands at 5-13.
The Pirates (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Forney (Forney, TX). The Jackrabbits enter the 5A Region II District 13 contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Forney was nudged by Royse City (Royse City, TX), 56-19, in a league contest.
