In Wednesday's league match, the host Aliquippa Quips basketball team scored a good 60-45 triumph over the Shenango Wildcats.
In their next game, the Quips meet the Avonworth Antelopes (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 21. Aliquippa will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record.
