The Bakersfield Christian Eagles basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Garces Memorial Rams to 54 in the Eagles non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland for a South Yosemite - Valley contest on Thursday, January 19. Bakersfield Christian will battle a Scots team coming off a 47-44 league win over Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA). The Scots record now stands at 11-10.
The Rams (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Bakersfield, CA). The Golden Hawks come into the South Yosemite - River contest with a 16-3 record. In their last contest, Centennial prevailed over Liberty (Bakersfield, CA), 68-65, in a league contest.
