In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Bishop Montgomery Knights basketball team scored a good 67-59 triumph over the St. Paul Swordsmen.
In their next game, the Knights meet the Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA) in a Del Rey match, on Friday, January 20. Bishop Montgomery will attempt to move on its 22-1 season record. The Cavaliers enter the match with a 9-15 record after their 75-69 non-league loss to Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA).
With the defeat, St. Paul moves to 16-8 on the year. The Swordsmen travel to St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA) to meet the Saints in a Del Rey match on Friday, January 20. The Saints enter the match with a record of 11-11. St. Anthony lost 62-53 in their recent league match against St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA)
