Massachusetts High School Basketball - Burncoat knocked off by University Park

January 18, 2023: Worcester, MA 01606

The University Park basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Burncoat Patriots to 62 in the non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host South for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. University Park will meet a Colonials team coming off a 72-52 league win over Burncoat (Worcester, MA). The Colonials record now stands at 8-4.

The Patriots (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against South (Worcester, MA). The Colonials enter the Inter High contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, South was defeated by Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA), 64-60, in a league contest.
