The Calvary Christian Lions basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Somerset Tech Jaguars to 36 in the Lions non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lions now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perth Amboy Vo-Tech for a Greater Middlesex - Gold contest on Friday, January 20. Calvary Christian will battle a Patriots team coming off a 47-25 non-league loss to Highland Park (Highland Park, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.
The Jaguars (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Highland Park (Highland Park, NJ). The Owls enter the non-league contest with a 4-2 record.
