Creswell Bulldogs (Creswell, OR) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Siuslaw Vikings (Florence, OR), 56-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Creswell upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Sisters (Sisters, OR) to clash with the Outlaws in a 3A Mountain Valley bout on Friday, January 20. The Outlaws go into the bout with a record of 6-10. Sisters lost 55-41 in their recent league bout against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, OR)

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Elmira Falcons (Elmira, OR) in a 3A Mountain Valley bout, on Friday, January 20. Siuslaw will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 2-12 record after their 49-35 non-league loss to Cottage Grove (Cottage Grove, OR).
