California High School Basketball - Palisades knocked off by Fairfax

The Fairfax Lions basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Palisades Dolphins to 47 in the Lions league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lions now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westchester for a Western contest on Friday, January 20. Fairfax will meet a Comets team coming off a 54-46 non-league win over Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA). The Comets record now stands at 15-6.

The Dolphins (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA). The Yankees enter the Western contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, Hamilton was outscored by Venice (Los Angeles, CA), 66-52, in a league contest.
