New Hampshire High School Basketball - Fall Mountain tipped by Newport

The Newport Tigers basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Fall Mountain Wildcats to 54 in the Tigers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kearsarge for a Division III contest on Friday, January 20. Newport will meet a Cougars team coming off a 62-46 league loss to Stevens (Claremont, NH). The Cougars record now stands at 1-6.
The Wildcats (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Winnisquam (Tilton, NH). The Bears enter the Division III contest with a 3-1 record.
