The Warhill Lions basketball team (Williamsburg, VA), was routed 70-38 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Grafton Clippers (Yorktown, VA)
The Clippers now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bruton for a Bay Rivers battle on Friday, January 20. Grafton will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-55 league loss to Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-10.
The Lions (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA). The Eagles come into the Bay Rivers battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Jamestown trounced Gloucester (Gloucester, VA), 66-55, in a non-league battle.
