Utah High School Basketball - Juab nudges North Sanpete

In Wednesday's league outing, the Juab Wasps (Nephi, UT) basketball squad edged the visiting North Sanpete Hawks (Mt. Pleasant, UT), by a margin of 49-44.

The Wasps (11-5) will now prepare for their outing against Manti (Manti, UT). The Templars go into the 3A Region 14 outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Manti held off North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT), 82-66, in a league outing.

The Hawks now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Manti for a 3A Region 14 outing on Friday, January 20. North Sanpete will clash with a Templars squad coming off a 83-47 league win over Delta (Delta, UT). The Templars record now stands at 13-2.
