The Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA), 52-32 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cougars (12-11) will now prepare for their test against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA). The Spartans go into the Valley Mission test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, Sylmar notched a victory over San Fernando (San Fernando, CA), 80-52, in a league test.

The Wolves now own a 5-14 record. They play next when they host Reseda for a Valley Mission test on Friday, January 20. Van Nuys will encounter a Regents squad coming off a 39-33 league loss to Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA). The Regents record now stands at 3-10.
