In Wednesday's league match, the visiting King Academy Knights basketball team scored a tight 30-29 triumph over the Our Lady of the Rosary Lions.
In their next game, the Knights meet the Cambridge Academy Cougars (Greenwood, SC) in a SCISA A Region IV match, on Friday, January 20. King Academy will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-11 record after their 79-59 league loss to Anderson Christian (Anderson, SC).
With the defeat, Our Lady of the Rosary moves to 11-6 on the year. The Lions travel to Laurens Academy (Laurens, SC) to meet the Crusaders in a SCISA A Region IV match on Monday, January 23. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 12-9. Laurens Academy won 67-49 in their recent league match against Wardlaw Academy (Johnston, SC)
