The Northridge Knights (Niles, IL) basketball felled the visiting Latin Romans (Chicago, IL), 46-37 in Wednesday's league test.
The Knights (12-7) will now prepare for their test against North Shore Country Day (Winnetka, IL). The Raiders go into the Independent School test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, North Shore Country Day thwarted Morgan Park Academy (Chicago, IL), 79-35, in a league test.
The Romans now own a 12-9 record. They play next when they host Chicago University for a Independent School test on Friday, January 20. Latin will encounter a Maroons squad coming off a 66-52 league win over Elgin Academy (Elgin, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 5-9.
