Red Land Patriots (Lewisberry, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Lower Dauphin Falcons (Hummelstown, PA), 45-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Red Land upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Patriots host Palmyra (Palmyra, PA) to play the Cougars in a Mid-Penn - Keystone bout on Friday, January 20. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Palmyra won 60-45 in their recent league bout against Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA)

Next up, the Falcons play the Mechanicsburg Wildcats (Mechanicsburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone bout, on Friday, January 20. Lower Dauphin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 52-25 league loss to Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA).
