In Wednesday's league outing, the Madison Plains Golden Eagles (London, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Triad Cardinals (North Lewisburg, OH), by a margin of 64-40.

The Golden Eagles (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Southeastern Local (South Charleston, OH). The Trojans go into the Ohio Heritage outing with a 4-9 record.

The Cardinals now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Greenon for a Ohio Heritage outing on Friday, January 20. Triad will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 55-44 league win over West Jefferson (West Jefferson, OH). The Knights record now stands at 5-9.
