California High School Basketball - Magnolia Science Academy 2 ripped by Sun Valley Magnet

The Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers basketball team scored 87 points and held the host Magnolia Science Academy 2 Mustang to 16 in the Pioneers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Pioneers now sport a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valor Academy for a Central Valley contest on Friday, January 20. Sun Valley Magnet will meet a team coming off a 48-38 non-league loss to Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA). The record now stands at 6-10.
The Mustang (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Balboa College Prep (Lake Balboa, CA). The Cougars enter the Central Valley contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Lake Balboa College Prep triumphed over Valor Academy (Van Nuys, CA), 43-40, in a league contest.
