The Mamaroneck Tigers (Mamaroneck, NY) basketball nipped the host New Rochelle Huguenots (New Rochelle, NY), 55-53 in Wednesday's league test.
The Tigers (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Clarkstown South (West Nyack, NY). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Clarkstown South got by North Rockland (Thiells, NY), 45-42, in a league test.
The Huguenots now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to White Plains for a non-league test on Thursday, January 26. New Rochelle will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 76-59 league win over Ossining (Ossining, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 10-4.
