Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Marengo Indians (Marengo, IL), 69-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Woodstock upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Blue Streaks travel to Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL) to clash with the Thunder in a Kishwaukee River bout on Friday, January 20. The Thunder go into the bout with a record of 9-12. Woodstock North lost 70-50 in their recent league bout against Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Harvard Hornets (Harvard, IL) in a Kishwaukee River bout, on Friday, January 20. Marengo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-22 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 3-17 record after their 46-42 league loss to Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL).
