Minnesota High School Basketball - South St. Paul can't hold off Tartan

The Tartan Titans basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting South St. Paul Packers to 54 in the Titans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Titans now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Louis Park for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 21. Tartan will battle a Orioles team coming off a 85-61 non-league loss to Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN). The Orioles record now stands at 2-10.
The Packers (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN). The Spartans come into the AAA Section 3 contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Simley was nudged by St. Paul Central (St. Paul, MN), 77-60, in a non-league contest.
