In Wednesday's league outing, the Triumph Charter Jaguars (Sylmar, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Valley Oaks CES Vanguards (Sun Valley, CA), by a count of 56-30.

The Jaguars (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against North Valley Military Institute (Sun Valley, CA). The Hawks go into the North Valley outing with a 8-15 record. In their last outing, North Valley Military Institute was crushed by Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 66-41, in a non-league outing.

The Vanguards now hold a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeview Charter for a North Valley outing on Friday, January 20. Valley Oaks CES will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 46-37 league win over Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA). The Lions record now stands at 7-7.
