California High School Basketball - Oakdale can't hold off East Union

The East Union Lancers basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Oakdale Mustangs to 38 in the Lancers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lancers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sierra for a contest on Friday, January 20. East Union will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 52-45 league win over Central Catholic (Modesto, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 14-3.
