Ohio High School Basketball - Salem fells Carrollton

Salem Quakers (Salem, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Carrollton Warriors (Carrollton, OH), 53-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Salem upgrades its record to 14-2 on the season. The Quakers travel to Marlington (Alliance, OH) to play the Dukes in a Eastern Buckeye bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Dukes go into the bout with a record of 12-1.

Next up, the Warriors play the Beaver Beavers (Lisbon, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 19. Carrollton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Beavers go into the bout with a 3-12 record after their 46-27 non-league loss to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH).
