Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles (Clyde, NY) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Williamson Marauders (Williamson, NY), 58-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, Clyde-Savannah upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host Gananda Central (Walworth, NY) to play the Blue Panthers in a Section 5 Wayne County bout on Friday, January 20. The Blue Panthers come into the bout with a record of 6-3. Gananda Central won 75-29 in their recent non-league bout against Williamson (Williamson, NY)

Next up, the Marauders play the Notre Dame Academy Gators (Staten Island, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Williamson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
