The Highland Hornets basketball team (Medina, OH), was nudged 59-56 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Copley Indians (Copley, OH)
The Indians now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aurora for a Suburban - American battle on Saturday, January 21. Copley will battle a Greenmen team coming off a 50-45 league win over Revere (Richfield, OH). The Greenmen record now stands at 6-9.
The Hornets (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH). The Blue Devils come into the Suburban - American battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Tallmadge edged Barberton (Barberton, OH), 59-24, in a league battle.
