Hobgood Charter Raiders (Hobgood, NC) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Washington Montessori Eagles (Washington, NC), 51-18 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hobgood Charter upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC) to play the Hurricanes in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 5-8. Cape Hatteras won 40-34 in their recent league bout against Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC)
Next up, the Eagles play the Hobgood Charter Raiders (Hobgood, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Washington Montessori will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
