California High School Basketball - Lincoln crushes Oakmont

January 18, 2023: Roseville, CA 95661

Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA), 69-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Fighting Zebras host Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to play the Bruins in a Foothill Valley bout on Monday, January 23. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 19-2. Ponderosa won 54-41 in their recent league bout against West Park (Roseville, CA)

Next up, the Vikings play the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a Foothill Valley bout, on Friday, January 20. Oakmont will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Miners go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 48-31 league loss to Placer (Auburn, CA).
