The Margaretta Polar Bears trounced the visiting Willard Crimson Flashes basketball team by a tally of 57-29 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Polar Bears now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huron for a Sandusky Bay - Bay battle on Saturday, January 21. Margaretta will confront a Tigers team coming off a 46-36 league win over Edison (Milan, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 11-5.
The Crimson Flashes (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH). The Redskins come into the Sandusky Bay - Bay battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Port Clinton trounced Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH), 43-30, in a league battle.
