In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Triway Titans (Wooster, OH), by a margin of 44-22.
The Mohawks (4-11) will now prepare for their outing against Valley (Lucasville, OH). The Indians go into the Southern Ohio II outing with a 1-8 record. In their last outing, Valley was trounced by South Webster (South Webster, OH), 55-40, in a league outing.
The Titans now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest for a Principals outing on Wednesday, January 18. Triway will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 39-35 non-league win over Sheridan (Thornville, OH). The Indians record now stands at 12-2.
