Santiago Cavaliers (Garden Grove, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros (Garden Grove, CA), 60-18 in a league bout.

With the win, Santiago upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA) to play the Matadors in a Garden Grove bout on Friday, January 20. The Matadors go into the bout with a record of 6-15. Bolsa Grande lost 37-32 in their recent league bout against Loara (Anaheim, CA)

Next up, the Vaqueros play the Los Amigos Lobos (Fountain Valley, CA) in a Garden Grove bout, on Friday, January 20. Rancho Alamitos will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Lobos go into the bout with a 5-12 record after their 31-25 league loss to La Quinta (Westminster, CA).
