North Carolina High School Basketball - South Wake topped by Ravenscroft

January 18, 2023: Raleigh, NC 27615

The Ravenscroft Ravens basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting South Wake Sabres to 31 in the Ravens non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Ravens now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Raleigh Christian Academy for a NCISAA Triangle contest on Friday, January 20. Ravenscroft will battle a Knights team coming off a 83-15 league win over St. Mary's (Raleigh, NC). The Knights record now stands at 12-7.

The Sabres (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Chatham HomeSchool (Pittsboro, NC). The Thunder come into the North Carolina Home Education - East contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, Chatham HomeSchool was defeated by New Life Camp (Raleigh, NC), 56-39, in a league contest.
