In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Wyoming Area Warriors basketball team scored a good 51-35 triumph over the Wyoming Seminary College Prep Blue Knights.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 3 match, on Friday, January 20. Wyoming Area will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The enter the match with a 0-12 record after their 47-23 non-league loss to Lincoln Leadership Academy (Allentown, PA).
With the defeat, Wyoming Seminary College Prep moves to 6-6 on the year. The Blue knights travel to Greater Nanticoke Area (Nanticoke, PA) to meet the Trojans in a non-league match on Friday, January 20. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 4-3. Greater Nanticoke Area lost 58-52 in their recent non-league match against Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA)
