Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM), 54-10 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Clovis upgrades its record to 14-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Goddard (Roswell, NM) to play the Rockets in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Cavemen play the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 21. Carlsbad will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
