The Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA), 40-31 in Wednesday's league test.
The Falcons (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Grizzlies go into the test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Lassen notched a victory over Anderson (Anderson, CA), 39-26, in a league test.
The Cubs now own a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Yreka for a test on Friday, January 20. Anderson will encounter a Miners squad coming off a 48-39 league loss to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA). The Miners record now stands at 7-3.
