Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA) and the host Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA), saw Lincoln's basketball squad wallop Oakmont by a count of 44-8.

With the victory, Lincoln upgrades its record to 8-14 on the campaign. The Fighting Zebras host Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to play the Bruins in a challenge on Monday, January 23. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. Ponderosa lost 43-38 in their recent league challenge against West Park (Roseville, CA)

Next up, the Vikings play the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 20. Oakmont will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Miners come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 49-15 league win over Placer (Auburn, CA).
