The Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) basketball knocked off the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM), 57-37 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Vikings (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Atrisco Heritage Academy went down by Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM), 64-57, in a non-league test.
The Chargers now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hope Christian for a non-league test on Friday, January 20. Albuquerque Academy will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 39-33 non-league win over Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Huskies record now stands at 4-3.
