Del Norte Warriors (Crescent City, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Arcata Tigers (Arcata, CA), 73-67 in a league bout.

With the victory, Del Norte upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA) to play the Panthers in a bout on Friday, January 20. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 11-8. McKinleyville lost 55-47 in their recent league bout against Eureka (Eureka, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Fortuna Huskies (Fortuna, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 20. Arcata will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
