California High School Basketball - Gardena knocked off by San Pedro

The San Pedro Pirates basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Gardena Panthers to 56 in the Pirates league triumph on Wednesday.
The Pirates now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Banning for a contest on Wednesday, January 25. San Pedro will battle a Pilots team coming off a 53-46 league loss to Gardena (Gardena, CA). The Pilots record now stands at 5-6.
The Panthers (15-2) will now prepare for their contest against Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Pilots go into the bout with a 5-5 record.
