The Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Mountain View Spartans (Mountain View, CA), 48-47 in Wednesday's league test.
The Titans (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Basis Independent Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA). The Bobcats go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Basis Independent Silicon Valley got by Apostles Lutheran (Santa Clara, CA), 44-18, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 12-5 record. They play next when they host Los Gatos for a test on Friday, January 20. Mountain View will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 70-38 league win over Saratoga (Saratoga, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-1.
