In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Valley Rams basketball team scored a tight 35-32 triumph over the Handley Tigers.

In their next game, the Rams meet the Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL) in a match, on Friday, January 20. Valley will attempt to better on its 16-3 season record.

With the defeat, Handley moves to 1-3 on the year.
