The Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) basketball crushed the host Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), 86-44 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Bernalillo was trounced by Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM), 60-44, in a non-league test.
The Pintos now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Espanola Valley for a non-league test on Friday, January 20. Moriarty will encounter a Sundevils squad coming off a 58-44 non-league win over Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 5-4.
