Sherman Oaks CES Knights (Reseda, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Northridge Academy Pumas (Northridge, CA), 50-45 in a league bout.

With the victory, Sherman Oaks CES upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Fulton (Van Nuys, CA) to play the Jaguars in a bout on Friday, January 20. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Fulton lost 85-4 in their recent league bout against Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA)

Next up, the Pumas play the East Valley Falcons (North Hollywood, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 20. Northridge Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 54-42 league loss to Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA).
