The Absegami Braves basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting Oakcrest Falcons to 66 in the Braves league victory on Thursday.
The Braves now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hammonton for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Absegami will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 53-42 non-league loss to Mainland Regional (Linwood, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-4.
The Falcons (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Cherokee (Marlton, NJ). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Cherokee dropped by Eastern (Voorhees, NJ), 47-36, in a league contest.
