Anderson Titans (Southgate, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Taylor Griffins (Taylor, MI), 64-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Anderson upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Titans travel to Carlson (Gibraltar, MI) to play the Marauders in a Downriver bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Marauders go into the bout with a record of 3-9. Carlson lost 50-45 in their recent league bout against Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI)

Next up, the Griffins play the Inter-City Baptist Chargers (Allen Park, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Taylor will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
