The Fertile-Beltrami Falcons (Fertile, MN) basketball crushed the host Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators (Badger, MN), 81-23 in Thursday's league test.

The Falcons (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Fosston (Fosston, MN). The Greyhounds go into the A Section 8 test with a 6-8 record. In their last test, Fosston was trounced by East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN), 77-58, in a non-league test.

The Gators now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Clearbrook-Gonvick for a A Section 8 test on Tuesday, January 23.
