The Burlington Demons (Burlington, WI) basketball crushed the visiting Beloit Memorial Purple Knights (Beloit, WI), 79-50 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Demons (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Hamilton (Sussex, WI). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Hamilton walloped Wauwatosa East (Wauwatosa, WI), 83-50, in a league test.
The Purple Knights now own a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hononegah for a non-league outing on Monday, January 22. Beloit Memorial will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 60-44 league win over Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Indians record now stands at 8-10.
