Connecticut High School Basketball - Sheehan tipped by Branford

The Branford Hornets basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Sheehan Titans to 53 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Hornets now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamden for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Branford will meet a Green Dragons team coming off a 73-49 non-league win over Foran (Milford, CT). The Green Dragons record now stands at 6-4.
The Titans (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Shelton (Shelton, CT). The Gaels enter the non-league contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Shelton was nudged by North Haven (North Haven, CT), 69-38, in a non-league contest.
